WHEN PLACING AN ORDER WITH STADIUM AS AN INDIVIDUAL OR ON BEHALF OF A CLUB/ORGANISTATION YOU ARE AGREEING TO ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS DETAILED BELOW.
Stadium are a UK Teamwear and Equipment supplier to Businesses, Football Clubs, Local Authorities, Universities, HM Forces, Schools, Colleges and individuals. All orders placed with Stadium are accepted on the basis that you are a business customer. Stadium accept that if you do not provide a company name that you are a sole trader and Stadium supply you solely on a business to business relationship basis. As a result Stadium do not fall under such consumer based acts as the sales of goods act 1979 or Distance selling regulations 2014.

All prices on our site include V.A.T. at 20% where applicable.
Discounts
"We will beat any price offer" applies to current items from the main brands. We cannot promise to beat any special offers, or clearance prices, that our competitors may from time to time advertise.
Shipping Charges
When ordering online from the UK Mainland a standard £5.00 shipping fee applies under orders of £50.00, anything over this amount is free of charge. Orders to the Scottish Highland & islands, Northern & Southern Ireland and mainland Europe will be subject to an additional fee. Delivery Times
Stock items are usually despatched within 2-3 days. Most branded kits & equipment are ordered direct from the manufacturer and usually despatched in approximately 7-10 working days (not including weekends). Delays may be unavoidable at times due to suppliers stocks. You would be informed of any unusual delays within 48 hours of ordering. If you require any printed garments, delivery can take up to 3 weeks during busy periods.
Deliveries will be made on weekdays from 8:00am - 6:00pm and will need to be signed for on arrival. We can deliver to business addresses and leave with neighbours etc if stated.
Payment
Mail order payments by cheque or credit card. Cheques made payable to "Stadium Sports". All orders must be paid for in full on placing of order. Cheques must clear our bank account and credit card payments must be authorised before despatch.
You can pay via paypal on our website. If you prefer to phone your order through you can pay over the phone.
Collections From Stadium
All local clubs that wish to collect orders will be required to pay at least a 50% deposit, or pay in full, when the orders are placed.
No orders can be taken on a 'pay on collection' basis.
Returns
You have statuatory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, 2014, that you can return any non personalised items within 14 days of receipt at your own expense. Please contact us by phone or e mail prior to any returns being made.
Stadium relies on the customer to order the correct sizes and quantities as the following suppliers will not accept returns - Nike, Adidas, Givova, Stanno, Pro Star, Macron. If these suppliers agree to exchange or take back goods, any restocking fee will have to be paid by the customer. This does not effect your statuatory rights above.
We class all football clubs,universities,schools,hm forces and other businesses, as business to business customers. These orders are governed by different rules to that of the standard distant selling regulations, 2014.
With business to business, you cannot automatically return good for credit, or cancel outstanding orders ordered specifically for you from our trade suppliers. All returns and cancellations are at the discretion of Stadium.
Embroidery
Our embroidery pricing is not displayed on our website as we take on each case individually. For an accurate quote, please email us with your embroidery requirements.
Sizing
Please note all chest size measurements advised are calculated based on the size of the person and not the size of the garment.
Whilst Stadium can give assistance with sizing regarding ages, and brand differences, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct sizes are ordered. If you are in doubt, we would advise ordering samples. Telephone advice and sizes charts on our website, are for guidance only and Stadium cannot be held responsible if garments do not fit.
Washing Advice
Always wash printed garments inside out. Always follow detergent manufacturers instructions for removing heavy stains. Stadium cannot be held responsible for discolouration or damage attributable to grass, mud stains etc. Never iron, never tumble dry, never dry clean.
To wash printed garments, we reccommend a 30 to 40 degree wash and to NEVER use fabric softener.
Ownership
All goods supplied on credit will remain the property of Stadium until all outstanding amounts have been paid in full.

Printing Designs
We can email you proof designs of any requested printing before we actually go ahead.
Samples
We can send out samples for sizing, however, we do ask the customer to return the goods at their own expense.
